How much income will I receive?
If you are serving breakfast, lunch and a snack to just 6 children for 21 care days during a month you can be reimbursed between $2,751 and $5,715 per year. Providers are subsidized for the meals and snacks served to each enrolled child. A provider can claim a maximum of two meals and one snack or two snacks and one meal per child per day. You'll receive money each month children are in your care, see rates below:

Payment is based on a two-tier reimbursement system.

Tier 1 reimbursement is determined by income, qualifying school or census eligibility.

Tier 2 reimbursement applies to those who are not eligible based on one of the above criteria.
